Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all our items are handmade to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please contact us by email, dappercaninedesigns@gmail.com, within 24hrs of receiving it, including a detailed account of the issue and pictures.

Dapper Canine Designs is not responsible if you enter your pet's name incorrectly. Please be sure to double check your order before placing it.

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping to the continental US & Canada and currently ship all  orders thru USPS.

All other international shipping locations are responsible for paying their shipping fees.

Since each product is made to order, orders take approximately 10 - 14 business days to be made, get packaged up and will then go out the next business day after completion. Even though we always use express mail with tracking, once the order is in transit it may take up to a week to arrive based on your location and the postal service (sometimes even longer during holidays). 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or customs delays. 

Dapper Canine Designs is not responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination.

 

Where we are located and Local Pickup availability

Dapper Canine Designs is located in sunny South Florida.

Local pickups are only available with Mr. Dapper at 5040 NE 13th Ave, Oakland Park, Fl 33334 after you have purchased and when scheduled.

When purchasing be sure to select local pick up for the shipping and leave a phone number or email address where we can contact you when your order is ready and let you know when the pick up days/times are.

If you are interested in representing our company on Instagram then you are hopefully already following us there @dappercaninedesigns

We hold brand rep searches a few times a year, please check our Instagram page to see if there is one currently running.
